Cat Sailing

Basic course

For this course no sailing experience is needed. You learn the basic principals of cat sailing, so that after finishing the course, you would be able to handle the catamaran in medium wind just by yourself. At the end of the course you receive the international cat sailing certificate which allows you to officially rent catamarans all over the world.

Contains: Setting the sail, casting off safely, steering, easy mooring, tacking, gibing, righting after capsizing, theory.

Length: 10-12 hours (5 lessons)

Change Over course

This course is for windsurfers and sailors, who have already experience with the wind theory and would like to learn this fascinating sport. At the end of the course they also have the opportunity to obtain the VDWS cat sailing certificate.

Contains: The same as the basic course

Length: 5 hours (3 lessons)

Price: incl. VDWS Basic Certificate 190 €

We also offer the participants of this course a 30% rental discount.

Private lesson

Intensive training on the subject of your choice.

Length: 60 min.
